2026 NHSDLC Spring Ningbo Regional Tournament

· Results

Thank you everyone for participating in the 2026 NHSDLC Spring Ningbo Regional Tournament.

Congratulations to all teams for competing in, and completing this tournament in a second language on the topic of whether, on balance, the cultural shift toward “anti-neijuan(内卷)” attitudes is more beneficial than harmful. This issue is highly relevant to today’s intense societal and economic pressures—especially in high-competition environments—and will undoubtedly shape the future of individuals, workplaces, and communities worldwide. Gaining a deeper understanding of the benefits and challenges of embracing anti-neijuan mindsets versus traditional involution-driven cultures better prepares students to think critically about personal well-being, sustainable productivity, cultural values, and long-term societal progress. Regardless of how many debates you won, you should be proud of the progress you’ve made in communication, critical thinking, and research skills through your participation. We hope you found the tournament both challenging and educational!

We also hope that all students have noticed growth in their debating skills and will continue to benefit from their participation. Dedication to debate is certain to pay off in the future, and we are excited to see where your journey takes you next!

If you've enjoyed debating this season and want to continue to challenge yourself, consider attending our 2026 Summer Debate Camps
